Exchange/return policy
*Customers can request an exchange within 3–7 days of delivery.
*Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
*Exchange is allowed only for size issues or damaged items.
*No return or exchange will be accepted for used or damaged products (by customer).
*Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof for damaged or wrong items.
*Shipping charges for exchange may be applicable.
